Nike Addiction

Good Morning!!!

So I have definitely adapted a obsession with workout clothes and NIKE!!!!

I love good quality materials and yes... you spend a bit more on Nike but you are getting amazing quality for what you are purchasing and it will last you a long time.

There is definitely something to be said for feeling comfortable and cute while working out. Motivation to push hard could be to get some nice fitting workout clothes to make you feel extra better.

The Struggle is REAL



Good Morning!!!


This morning was rough!!!! I was faced with a decision to make about how I was going to get through this workout.

1. I am sick
2. I am sore
3. We did abs (which is a killer)

I am grateful for my friend who pushes me through the workout BUT i need to push myself.  After a conversation with MY Herbalife Coach I realized that I need those external motivators to get me through my workout. Which is not ok.. I need to get myself through those workouts and moments of struggle.

I know what I want and I am so close to getting it!!!! The road block is myself and I really need to let go of what is stopping me and push!!!! This is going to be a muscle that I must build! And if it were easy I would have already been there - but I know that once I get my results this is going to be so worth it and the feeling will be amazing!

My point with this post is that no matter what level we are at in our goals - fitness or not, there will always be struggles and we have to keep going and push through them. Stopping cant be an option because that will never get you to where you need to be.

I am ok with the idea that I failed today and didn't work AS hard as I SHOULD have.  But I will get up earlier tomorrow and try harder!!! That is the only way you know that you are not continuously failing.

FCF = Fati's Crazy Friday!!!!!




Gooooodddd Morning!!!!

Today is a great day!!!

I have made it to my workout and successful did something that I am not use too! I challenged myself to work with Mike and push through whatever I didn't want too and make my workout happen.

Weights is so new to me that I have to make myself understand that this is a challenge myself to keep pushing through. Now today my full body is sore and I am in a bit of pain when I am moving but its all good pain... I am looking forward to the transformation that I am putting myself through....  This will all be worth it at the very end.  But there really is no end because you should always want to challenge yourself to get to the next level of greatness - whatever that means for you.

I am excited to continue my path an see what greatness lies ahead.....

#WCW = We Crush Wednesday's

Good Morning! Good Morning! Good Morning!

There are so many things that goes on in our daily lives that can be so hurtful and so upsetting but it is truly up to us to make the best of our situation and our lives!!

How we wake up is how we are going to spend our day.  My morning routine has been thrown off a bit because of my current moving situation but I am making the best out of this situation and my current circumstances.

1. Still going to the gym

2. Still taking my Herbalife and sticking to my program

3. Still waking up and listening to personal development

4. Getting dressed an being present at work

Life goes on!! We have to aware of what we are involved in and how to make it better.  Change is in our hands and that's all we are responsible for.

I am writing this as a reminder to myself to be self-aware of all the circumstances that are in my life and that I am surrounded by.

With all that said - I am moving back home due to the living situation not being what was promised and what I expected.  I am not going to cry and have a pitty party about it. I am going to instead going to have a plan of action and execute it properly.  Living on my own is still a goal and something that I actively intend on working towards however its just not going to happen right now.

I have a plan of action written down for my moving and relocation and it will need to be done properly this time so that I dont move back again.

New Workout Plan.....




Good Morning:

I have started to join a friend on his workouts in the mornings and I thought I would share about it.  He works out at the same time that I do and so we decided to workout together.  It works out great because I am pushing myself to do more and to keep up with what he is doing.  

Working out alone has never been the best option for me so this is great!! We start at about 4am and went until 6am! What a great workout!! Today was day 1 for me because I missed yesterday.  I had just enough time to take some time in the sauna and sweat out some more toxins. 

Working out early in the morning is a transition because its not as easy getting up and during the day you do tend to feel the crash but at the end of the day  you have to continue to push yourself or you wont get better. 

I have cleaned up everything in my life to help get me to where I want my results to go but now I must push myself on my workouts time to up the levels and start getting toned and ripped up!!! 

Everything in your mind is a story.... get out of your head.  That's whats going to hold you back and make you not achieve your dreams.  Create a new story and make that a reality.
